Hourly billing punishes you for asking questions and rewards us for being slow. Flat-rate means our incentive is to ship on time, well - same as yours.
50% to kick off, 50% on delivery. Wire or Stripe. For retainers, monthly upfront.
Our explainer is a flat $1,500, billed 50% to start and 50% on delivery - simple enough that it rarely needs a plan. For the monthly ad-creative retainer, billing is monthly. Need flexibility? Just ask on the call.
It doesn't. The quote is the price. The only thing that changes the price is a scope change you request (e.g., "actually let's add 3D"). We'll always quote that separately before doing it.
Stock footage purchases (rare - we mostly use custom), talent fees for on-camera live shoots beyond what's in studio tier, and translations into other languages. Everything else is in.
